Ticket holders are eligible for a full refund if a show has been cancelled or postponed.
The following applies to shows affected by Coronavirus only, and in all other circumstances our standard terms & conditions will apply.
If you event has been postponed, your original tickets and seats will be automatically moved to the new date. Your original tickets will remain valid for the new date/time. If you cannot attend the new date/time, you will have the following options.
Why not help support the theatre and have a refund to a credit voucher instead - vouchers are valid for 2 years and you can redeem online towards tickets for any future show.
We are happy to exchange the value of your tickets against an alternative show in our programme. Where your new tickets are a lower value, we will refund the difference. Where your new tickets are a higher value, you will need to pay any extra.
Exchanges are only available where shows have been postponed or cancelled.
