The queue order is allocated randomly when the queue opens.
In most cases, we will publish the queuing link days before an event goes on sale however, the queue itself doesn't open until the date/time tickets go on sale.
As soon as the queue is open, anyone waiting before this date/time is allocated a random position in the queue. As soon as you reach the front of the queue, you will be let through to the website.
If you join after the on-sale date/time, you will join the back of the queue.
