Your e-tickets will be available to download from your confirmation email, which is sent to your email shortly after booking. You will find the designated 'Add to Apple Wallet' icon further down in your email.
If you tap this icon, you will be given the option to add those e-tickets to your phone's wallet. If you have ordered multiple tickets, you will be given options for all tickets, or individual tickets.
When arriving at the venue, please present the QR code / barcode on the wallet tickets ready for scanning on the front doors.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open the email confirmation which contains your e-tickets.
- Tap 'Add to Apple Wallet' (may need to scroll down)
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
- If necessary, tap 'Add' in the top right-hand corner.
