Why are you implementing the NHS COVID Pass when it’s not been mandated by the government? The Government has strongly encouraged all large venues to put this measure in place. We are taking all precautions to help ensure the safety of our visitors, staff and artists, and to mitigate the risks of COVID-19. The promoters of this event are requiring all attendees to provide proof of COVID status for those aged 18 and over to help restart live events safely and securely, and to give fans confidence to be able attend and enjoy events again.
I don’t support this condition of entry. We recognise that everyone has a personal choice, however we are working within the Government guidelines and this is an important part of our revised measures for this show to help ensure the safety of all visitors.
In addition to our COVID safety measures the promoters of this event are requiring all attendees to provide proof of COVID status. For those fans who are unable to attend we recommend using the official reselling partner, Twickets.
Remember: This isn’t a ‘vaccine passport’ and alternative methods for ‘proof of COVID status’ are in place, such as proof of a negative LFT test.
Can I bring a lateral flow test stick as proof? No. Please log your negative result within 24 hours of the show via the NHS-Self Report Tool.
Can I bring my blue COVID-19 vaccination card as proof? We require customers to use the NHS COVID Pass as proof of COVID status.
