Ticket holders are eligible for a full refund (including fees) if a show has been postponed or cancelled.
If you paid or part-paid using a gift voucher, you will be issued with a new gift voucher to the value of the original. Any outstanding ticket value will be refunded to a valid payment card.
If you paid using cash, chip & pin or card, we will refund to a valid payment card.
Once we have confirmed your refund with you, your money should be back in your account in 3-5 working days. Refunds can take slightly longer during busy periods.
